Wholeness integrates every level

In today's world, our way of thinking and learning is shaped by the notion that everything is made up of separate 'things' with a very mechanistic way of seeing the world where each element is a building block in its own right. This mindset helps us to easily count, protect ourselves from difficult decisions and measure objects without considering their intrinsic value or impact. It provides a sense of control and even a sense of comfort.

This separation that has ‘protected us to survive’ in some way also limits us to ‘thrive’ as we become defensive, attached and fearful of change. And when we show up in the world wanting to protect our image and defend our turf, our impact is limited at best and harmful at worst. It creates a rift between us and our natural surroundings, as well as among ourselves.

Why “Cultivating Wholeness”?

The truth is in reality everything is connected, fluid, dynamic, ever-changing and complex. Reclaiming our innate sense of wholeness is essential on this path of reconnection enabling us to embrace the complexity of our human nature, the interconnectivity of others and our dependency on nature towards the regeneration of our planet. As how we relate, nourish and treat ourselves is directly correlated with how we treat others and our ecosystem. Healing ourselves will help heal and regenerate our planet.

At the core of our work is the journey to remembering our innate wholeness and oneness. By using proven and practical techniques to align the body, mind and spirit, we can show up in the world with curiosity and love, interact with others with a spirit of collaboration and respect, and better care for our planet.

About the Founder

Sarah is an Executive Leadership Coach devoted to working towards a more compassionate and enlightened world. She guides individuals to rediscover their innate wholeness and connectedness with other people and the planet.

Sarah's previous role as an Enterprise Agile Coach saw her foster inclusive work cultures in various industries, including banking, telecoms, insurance, and aerospace, positively impacting professionals globally. She has supported C-suite executives and teams in navigating business-critical initiatives, including product launches and organizational changes, at top companies such as BNP Paribas, Standard Chartered Bank, Luxottica and more.

With more than 10 years of experience, Sarah now focuses on Transformative Coaching, recognising the impact of leaders' mindsets on unlocking creativity in teams. As noted by Bob Anderson in The Spirit of Leadership, "Leadership consciousness determines the highest level of development an organizational system can achieve.”
